RECIPE: Chicken w/ Mushroom Soup, Pesto & Artichoke Hearts

Good for Boat Recipes
My own combination, but turned out really good. 
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Mix with approx. 3 - 4 tbsps Pesto
Add a couple of dashes of hot sauce and chopped Artichoke hearts

Directions
·         Melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat
·         Add  Chicken Breasts & cook approx. 8 min/side.
·         Remove from pan and keep warm.
·         Add soup, pesto & artichoke hearts to pan and heat through
·         Add chicken back into the mixture.
·         Cook 1 cup of Rice with dried onions. Stir before serving.
